1:   AMLA (Indian gooseberry)
A very famous but underrated source of vitamin C are a boon to the society for boosting imunity. These small green berries can contain upto 20 times more vitamin C than oranges. 

The juice of these berries and also, there powdered form are available in the market for ease of consumption. 

2:   GARLIC 
This is an Immunity boosting superstar. For thousands of years garlic has been hailed as the elixir of health. In Indian homes this is used since decades as a flavouring agent.
One clove of garlic contains 5mg calcium & 12mg potassium . It contains more than 100 sulphuric compounds.

Raw, uncooked garlic is the most beneficial. For best results, consume one clove of garlic with one tablespoon of honey every morning in empty stomach. 

3: GILOY
Giloy (Tinospora Cordifolia) is an Ayurvedic herb that has been used and advocated in Indian medicine for ages. In Sanskrit, Giloy is known as ‘Amrita', which literally translates to ‘the root of immortality', because of its abundant medicinal properties.

The stem of Giloy is of maximum utility, but the root can also be used. Giloy is a universal herb that helps boost immunity. It is a powerhouse  of antioxidants which fight free-radicals, keep your cells healthy and get rid of diseases. Giloy helps remove toxins, purifies blood, fights bacteria that causes diseases 
There are giloy juices available in the market which are easy to consume.

4:   BROCCOLI 
Brocolli is one of the world’s most popular vegetables. It is easy to prepare and edible both raw and cooked.Broccoli is high in many nutrients, including fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium. 

It also boasts more protein than most other vegetables. Hence strengthens ones immune system .

5:  GRAPES

Grapes have been cultivated for thousands of years and have been revered by several ancient civilizations for their use in winemaking.

There are many types of grapes including green, red, black, yellow and pink. They grow in clusters and come in seeded and seedless varieties.

Packed with nutrients like vitamin C & K, rich in antioxidant content it helps in boosting Immunity.
